I can’t say enough good things about Jeff and the team at Moore Glass! I dropped my car off and they had the entire windshield replaced and ready to go in under four hours, which is just mind blowing. They treated me like a regular from the second I walked in, and it’s experiences like this that make me love supporting local businesses. I’m beyond ecstatic with the service and won't be going anywhere else for glass work!

We have a 3 section window in our living room……a stationary center window pane with horizontal sliding windows on the left and rights sides. The stationary center pane broke a seal…. when that happens, the window section starts to fog up. It looks like finger smudges that progressively gets wore. We contacted several window and window repair businesses in the area. One major well known company came out and told us we couldn’t replace just that stationary, center window pane and that we’d have to replace the entire three section window frame and all. Now, in all fairness, we learned sometimes they’re constructed such that the three section window is one “molded” piece and can’t replace individual panes. One representative from one of the major companies in the area came in, trying to impress us with books that he and his company had written about windows. But as far as examining our window, he never got closer than 20 feet. He looked over toward the window in the living room from our dining room for about two seconds and said the entire frame has to be replaced and that the center piece cannot be individually replaced. We did our due diligence and did find some companies that said

We have had numerous repairs done to our house the last few years, from mud jacking sidewalks, new roof, patio repair, and new rug. While all were good at what they did, no company was as easy to work with as was Moore and none except Moore called after the job was done to assure it was to our satisfaction.. As simple as, get a quote, agree to quote, have windows installed at agreed to day and time, pay bill, and receive a call the next day to make sure we were satisfied. And our windows look great. I highly recommend them.

I needed my front windshield replaced after a rock chipped it. It was a small chip that spread the tiniest bit, and I almost felt silly bringing it in. However, Jeff was so kind and made me feel welcome from the second I walked in. Everyone from Sue and Jeff handling scheduling to Jim’s small talk while I waited was wonderful. Jeff even offered to adjust the heat in the waiting room if I got cold! You just don’t find that level of kind, old-fashioned service these days. They are an absolute gem and did an excellent job. I won’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future should the need arise! Thank you!!
